It’s that time of year again, but this year Tampa Bay’s biggest grass roots tech event is better than ever. The organizers, volunteers and community sponsors of BarCamp and CodeCamp have joined forces to host a combined event featuring the best of both Open Source & Microsoft technologies topics all in a single mega event. On Saturday October 13th, central Florida’s best and brightest tech talent will converge on the USF College of Business for a full day of sharing their knowledge and experience with their peers. If you are a technology professional or just someone who is passionate about understanding the latest in software development and social media tech, this event is for you.
CodeCamp topics will include – ASP.NET, AJAX, Windows Phone, Metro Apps, Windows Mobile, Windows 8, MVC Framework, Silverlight, Windows Presentation Foundation, SharePoint and SQL Server.
BarCamp topics are even broader and include – PHP, Python, CSS, UI / UX design, graphic design, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, a wide range of social media tools and techniques as well as topics on being a start-up, freelancer or other tech-centric businesses.
