This session of the Startup Workshop will pick up where we finished in November. We have talked about what you need to know about your markets, your customers and your company, now it is time to roll that good info into a product strategy that supports your identity and your intentions.
A good product development discipline can make all the difference if you want to:

- Deliver under budget
- Contain support costs
- Attract outside funding
- Get more Happy Paying Referencable Customers (HPRC)
